Accommodation

The Local Committee of the Valladolid OLKC2017 has pre-booked a number of rooms for participants in different hotels close to the venue. We have negotiated special rates for conference participants from 26th to 28th April 2017. Valladolid has many hotels although most are not too big. We therefore recommend booking early in order to ensure the best rates and to avoid overbooking due to other events taking place at the same time and to the late spring/early summer tourist period.

 The hotels with special rates are listed in the table below. All are within walking distance of the venue (20 minutes at most). The rooms will be blocked and price is guaranteed until 30 days before the event, and next is subject to availability. To take advantage of the discounted rate, please book by phone or email to each hotel quoting OLKC2017 when making your booking.

 Bookings done prior to the 26th February will enjoy an extra 10% discount on the rate!!!
