Conference registration and fees

REGISTRATION FEES:

 Payment of <a href="http://www.olkc2017.com/event_detail/4239/tickets.html" target="_self">registration</a> fee is by individual attendant. Therefore, two co-authors wishing to participate in the conference and to obtain the official documentation of the Congress must each pay an individual fee. However, each author need only register once, regardless of the number of papers he/she presents or is co-authoring.

 Conference registration includes admission to scientific sessions, conference materials, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks, meals and social events (Social dinner is not included). Registration for accompanying persons includes Conference Social Dinner and social events.

 * Each Workshop registration includes just workshop attendance, coffe breaks and meals of the day.

 Cancellation Refund Policy: Cancellation of pre-registration must be made before 5:00 p.m. March, 26th
